Pink Squirrel
1 ounce crème de cacao (white)
1 ounce crème de noyaux
1 ounce cream
Shake ingredients with cracked ice; strain into a cocktail glass. For tips on mixing with cream consult the Alchemist.
Be warned: Besides being an embarrassment to order, one too many of this drink can only make for one heck of a hangover. Resist ordering this heavy digestif even in place of dessert.
