Grasshopper
1 1/2 ounces cream
3/4 ounce crème de cacao (white)
1/4 ounce crème de menthe (green)
Shake ingredients with cracked ice; strain into a cocktail glass. For tips on mixing with cream consult the Alchemist.
Be warned: One too many of this drink will give you one heck of a hangover. Only order this heavy digestif in place of dessert.
