Boston Egg Nog

4 ounces Madeira

1/2 ounce brandy

1/4 ounce dark rum

1 egg yolk

3/4 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 cup milk, chilled 





Beat egg with sugar; add remaining ingredients. Shake  
and then strain into pint glass. Top with milk and stir gently. Dust with nutmeg.
