4 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

2 ounces orange juice

Dash gin

2 dashes Campari




Pour gin, Campari, and orange juice into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne and twist a mint leaf over the drink, and discard. Garnish with a twist of lemon and orange. Take a look at The Alchemist's tips for mixing with wine.
