Bourbon Squash

2 1/2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce orange juice

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1 teaspoon simple syrup 





Mix citrus juices in a pint  
glass; drop in hulls; add simple syrup.  Pack the glass with shaved ice;

add whiskey and stir. Serve with a straw.
