Bird of Paradise Fizz

3 ounces gin

1 ounce thick cream

1 egg white

1 1/2 ounces lime juice

3 tablespoons raspberry syrup

3 dashes orange flower water

Soda water




  

Shake ingredients with cracked ice; strain into a large, chilled wine glass. Add orange flower water and top with soda water. Variation: Substitute 3 tablespoons blackberry liqueur for the raspberry syrup.
