OXO Good Grips Citrus Squeezer

This style of juicer is often referred to as a "Mexican Juicer", since the early models were often of a simple and basic design imported from Mexico. This OXO version has gone through a little more engineering, but technically works just the same. One of the benefits of this style of juicer, is that it does a good job of pressing the skin of the lemon/lime, which will add some of it's essential oils into the resultant juice. This adds a little extra flavor and character which I think makes for a better juice, and a better cocktail.
