heavy cream

There are a few cocktails which utilize "cream" as an ingredient, this can be a little confusing since you don't often find a product listed simply as "cream". Heavy cream is perhaps the highest fat version, with whipping cream close behind. Half and half, will typically also work in such recipes, especially if you are trying to cut down (a little bit) on the fat content.
