Piña Colada The Piña Colada is said to have been created by Ramón "Monchito" Marrero at the Caribe Hilton’s Beachcomber Bar on August 15, 1954. Piña Colada 2 ounces white rum 1 ounce coconut cream 1 ounce heavy cream 6 ounces pineapple juice Garnish: Garnish with pineapple spear and cherry.
