Vodka Collins
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
2 ounces soda water
Shake
ingredients with cracked ice;
strain into a Collins
glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a
cherry
and orange wheel for East Coast imbibers and a lime wheel
and a cherry for West Coast imbibers. The most
ill-respected member of the Collins
family.
