Rocky Mountain Punch
25 ounces (or 750 milliliter bottle) rum
16 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 bottles (750 milliliters) champagne
4 ounces Maraschino liquor
4 ounces simple syrup
Blend all ingredients except champagne two to three hours before event. Refrigerate. For serving, add champagne and portion part of punch into large bowl. Serve in chilled glasses if possible. Makes about 40 servings.
