Picon-Limón

2 ounces Amer Picon

3/4 ounce crème de cassis

2 barspoons unsweetened Rose's lime juice

Soda




Stir ingredients with cracked chilled highball glass. Top with soda water, and garnish with a lemon twist [1,000KB .mov]. Serve with a swizzle stick. Variation: Substitute 1/4 ounce lemon juice for the unsweetened Rose's lime juice. If sweetened, or regular, Rose's lime juice is used, omit the grenadine or the cassis, or use fresh lemon juice instead of Rose's.
