La Florida Rum Daisy

2 ounces rum

1/2 teaspoon yellow Chartreuse

1 dash Angostura bitters

Lemon slice

1/2 tablespoon simple sugar

Several sprigs of mint

2 cherries

Fruit in season (add to taste)




Muddle lemon peel, mint, bitters, sugar, and seasonal fruit; add ice, Chartreuse, and rum; stir, add cherries, and serve.
