1/4 Chartreuse

1 lemon juice

2 drops Angostura bitters 





cocktail glass. 
Garnish with a lemon twist [1M.mov].


Variation: To serve 10 people, use 10 ounces cognac, 2 1/2 ounces Chartreuse, 5 ounces lemon juice, and 15 drops Angostura biters.
