Brandy Punch
36 ounces (or a liter bottle) cognac
64 ounces (or 2 quarts) soda water
16 ounces fresh orange juice
16 ounces fresh lemon juice
8 ounces curaçao
8 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces grenadine
Blend
all ingredients - except for the soda water - two hours before
serving. Refrigerate and let stand. For serving, add soda
water to taste, and portion part of punch into large bowl.
Add large ice
molds to punch, and serve in chilled
glasses if possible. Makes 20 servings.
