Dubbonet

A French wine-based aperitif made with herbs and quinine for a rich, slightly sweet taste - at least when compared to other, similar bitters such as Byrrh, Punt è Mes, and Lillet.

Dubbonet is available in a fruity red and a dry white version. It even has a namesake recipe.
