Serves six
9-ounce jar chutney or homemade
chutney, drained and minced (set chutney syrup to the
side)
8-ounce package of cream cheese, at room temperature
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend mixture using a fork. Add chutney syrup until mixture is spreadable. Serve chilled with 40 melba toasts.
