Pink Lady A Pink Lady is little more than a Clover Club that has been enforced with a little bit of that American Spirit, Applejack. Pink Lady 1 1/2 ounces gin 1/2 ounce applejack 3/4 ounce lemon juice 1/8 ounce grenadine 1 whole egg white Shake hard with ice. Strain into a wine glass.
