A solid fixture in the New York cocktail scene for over 5 years now, the Pegu Club continues to provide some of the finest cocktails in New York, if not the world. Their bartenders, as well as all of their staff, show an enthusiasm and attention to detail which is rarely found elsewhere. Each of their recipes is carefully tuned through trial and error, with a specific attention to balance and the proper use of product. If you look through their cocktail menu (which changes seasonally), you will notice that they never list brand names. Each drink however inheritly has a particular brand which it will be made with. If for some reason a brand is no longer available, the recipe will be re-tuned for a new product, or removed from the menu.
