I created this drink as a "Springtime" cocktail as a way to use Cachaça.
2 ounces cachaça
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
1/2 ounce ginger liquer
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 ounce soda water
Shake the Cachaca, lime juice, raspberry syrup, ginger liqueur, and bitters with ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Top with soda.
For the cachaça in this drink I recommend using Boca Loca, and for the ginger liqueur, I recommend Domain de Canton.
