Hot Buttered Rum (batter mix)
2 1/4 cups
brown sugar
(1 lbs)
1/2 cup
butter
(1 cube; 1/4 lbs)
1 pinch
salt
1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
cloves
1/4 teaspoon
cinnamon
Garnish: Grated nutmeg and/or dash of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and strir together until well blended and creamy In a pre-heated coffee mug, drop in 1 heaping teaspoon of the above batter. Add 2 ounces of Rum. Top with Hot Water. Stir well.
