Izarra

This brandy-based liqueur is made with wild flowers from the Pyrénées (the mountain range that straddles the border between France and Spain) - or, to be more accurate, from the Basque country.

This cordial was originated by the Basques, in a region which the French and Spanish governments seem to think they have a right to divide between them. Similar to Chartreuse, it comes in both yellow and green, the latter being the stronger and less sweet of the two.
