Crème de Ananas

We've never figured out why there's no mention of this sweet pineapple liqueur in Trader Vic's Book of Food & Drink. The omission, we're certain, can't speak well of this rum-based drink. We've only come across the Hawaiian version, though we hear there's a Dutch one as well.
