Serves six

3 1/2 cups quality biscuit mix
1 pound sausage meat
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
3 tablespoons oregano
1 ounce onion, minced

Using a pastry blender or a fork thoroughly blend ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form the dough into 1-inch balls, and arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with toothpicks and garnish with parsley.
