[Recipes] Rice and Peas

Serves four

2 cups rice
4 cups steamed pigeon peas
2 cups chopped onions
4 tablespoons curry powder
4 tablespoons butter

Melt butter in pan. Sauté onions and curry powder. Add rice and peas; sauté until hot.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: about 10 minutes
