Cheese Sauce
Recipe by Boston's Locke-Ober
Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup cream sauce
1/2 cup diced sharp cheddar cheese
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco
dash of salt
dash of yellow food coloring
Warm the cream sauce, add the cheese, and melt it in the warm sauce. Add other ingredients and blend.
If a thinner sauce is preferred, add warm milk.
