Ham and Cheese Canapés
Serves four
12 thin slices of ham
3 ounces Roquefort cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
6 cherry tomatoes
6 slices of bread
Butter
Mayonnaise
Mix the Roquefort and cream cheese into a paste. Spread cheese mix onto ham slices, and roll. Fasten with toothpicks and chill in the refrigerator until firm enough to slice.
Cut the bread into circles about 2 to 3 inches in diameter; then toast, butter, and spread thinly with mayonnaise. Slice tomatoes into halves and put on top of toast. Cut ham-and-cheese roll; place on tomato.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
