Palace Patria
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
- 2 tablespoons sugar cane syrup
- 3 sprigs mint
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon-lime juice
Place sugar, mint, and lemon/lime juice into glass.
Use muddler to lightly press mint and mix with sugar.
Add rum, stir, and fill with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a spear of sugar cane and serve.
