Jamaican Firefly
- 3/4 ounce limejuice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounce Goslings dark rum
- 2 ounces ginger beer
Shake with ice, and strain into a highball glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel and piece of candied ginger
This recipe was designed to use home made ginger beer without carbonation.
