Irish Coffee
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 ounces hot coffee
- Dapple of heavy cream
Pre-heat coffee glass with hot water, then empty.
Add sugar and coffee to glass; stir or muddle to melt sugar.
Add whiskey, and float the whipped cream of honey-like consistency on top of drink.
Serve without a straw or stirrer.
