Gin-Gin Mule
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 6-8 sprigs mint
- 1 1/2 ounce gin (Tanqueray)
- 1 ounce ginger beer (homemade)
Combine lime juice, simple syrup, and mint in a mixing glass and muddle well.
Add the gin, ginger beer, and ice, then shake well.
Strain into an ice filled highball glass.
Garnish with mint and serve with straws
This recipe was designed to use home made ginger beer without carbonation.
