Champagne Cocktail

• 6 ounces chilled champagne
• 1 cube sugar
• Angostura bitters

Soak sugar cube with Angostura bitters.
Place the cube in the bottom of a champagne flute.
Fill with champagne.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
