Basic Tool:
Long Mixing Spoon: While not sold as a bartenders tool, this is currently my favorite barspoon. It's as long as a common barspoon, made from strong stainless steel, very slender, and most importantly has a nice small bowl, which works better then just a stirring rod, but it's smaller bowl doesn't fight with the ice like a regular barspoon does.
