Deshler
1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey
1 ounce red Dubonnet
1/4 ounce Cointreau
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1 whole orange twist (in mixing glass)
1 whole lemon twist (in mixing glass)
Garnish: orange twist.
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
